Norco — Horsetown USA — is unusual: half-acre lots are the norm, white fences are the rule, and many properties have horse setbacks and detached structures already on the parcel. Every cover we build is engineered to a 110 mph wind load with stamped structural calcs — well above the 95 mph design wind speed required by the California Building Code in Riverside County. We use 6005-T5 aluminum extrusions, 1/2″ structural anchors into footings or fascia blocking, and we never shortcut the rafter ties.
