Norco — Horsetown USA — is unusual: half-acre lots are the norm, white fences are the rule, and many properties have horse setbacks and detached structures already on the parcel. Patio covers here often have to play nicely with existing barns, tack rooms, and arena lighting. Every cover we build is engineered to a 110 mph wind load with stamped structural calcs — well above the 95 mph design wind speed required by the California Building Code in Riverside County. We use 6005-T5 aluminum extrusions, 1/2″ structural anchors into footings or fascia blocking, and we never shortcut the rafter ties.
